VACANCIES IN ITAN
Application is hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates/IT companies to fill the following vacancies in ITAN and the Old Students Computer In School Initiative (OS-CISI). Entry closes July 31, 2008.
1. ITAN Chief Operation Officer (COO)
Job Description: The ITAN COO will be required to oversee the day-to-day operations of the association. He would represent the Association on all trade and professional fora within and outside Nigeria. He/she shall put strategies in place to galvanize membership rapprochement all year round. The job will require extensive travels.
Qualifications: Any 1st Degree in Sciences. Masters in Business Administration shall be an advantage. Membership of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) is compulsory.
Remuneration: Salary very attractive with good DTAs.

2. OS-CISI Coordinator (OC)
Job Description: The OC will be required to coordinate the OS-CISI project. He/She would liaise on behalf of the OS-CISI Steering Committee with OEM Partners, RPR Partners & SA Partners. He/she would be the link between donors, benefactors and beneficiary schools. He/she shall put strategies in place to ensure project sustainability. He/she shall also be required to liaise with Federal, State & local governments and agencies for synergy and optimal support frameworks. The job will require extensive travels.
Qualifications: Any 1st Degree in Sciences with good grasp of web development solutions. Masters in Business Administration shall be an advantage. Candidates above 40yrs need not apply.
Remuneration: Salary very attractive with good DTAs.

2. OS-CISI Retired Pc Reengineering Partners (ORPRP)
ORPRP are expected to be contracted to handle retired PCs donated for the OSCISI project. Such PCs will be cleaned and reloaded with Mandriva Linux (to be provided by ITAN) for onward delivery to appropriate schools. Only three (3) companies will be registered for this job.
